Dynamic Websites with Content Management Systems (CMS)
With a site that has a CMS, you are in control. Using the CMS you can add and delete pages, update information, upload images and more, using the CMS software.
We install and set up fully featured off-the-shelf content management systems for dynamic database driven websites. We can install and set up CMS such as such as ExpressionEngine, Joomla and Wordpress. These systems have extensions and modules that can be set up straightaway or added at a later date. All of the website content is uploaded and updated using the CMS.
Our static XHTML websites can be updated with a content management system produced by Adobe called Contribute. With Contribute, making changes to the words and images on your site is straightforward. The CMS software is installed on your PC and all you need is a broadband connection to access your webpages. Websites designed to use Contribute, can have more freedom and flexibility in the page layouts than dynamic database driven sites.

Dynamic sites with a content management systems (CMS) require security patches and upgrades to be installed as they are released. (Releases can be made at 6 week intervals for some systems.)
Orangebox provides a CMS maintenance and upgrade service for dynamic websites to make sure CMS upgrades are installed without delay and security is not compromised.
