Eco-friendly printers delivering top quality print
Our colour printers operate with speed and efficiency to deliver your print on time. The B2 five-colour press produces a top quality print product and print finishing is in-house. Special finishes can be applied, such as spot UV, lamination and embossing.
Because we care for the environment, the printing operation is set up to be as Eco-friendly as possible. The printing presses operate using solvent-free processes and the use of any artificial chemical is kept to a bare minimum. The new digital plate making system provides precision printing plates without the need for chemicals.
Leaflets and Brochures print design
Single page leaflets, printed both sides and folded to fit in a DL envelope are a neat way of sending information out with letters or invoices. A5 is a popular size for brochures and leaflets that are going in the mail and for items that will be on display in counter dispensers and holders. A4 is still the most popular size for prestige brochures, reports and marketing literature.
A4 brochures are very often produced with 4 pages, 6 pages and 8 pages. Where more information needs to go into the layout, a 12 page, 16 page or 20 page brochure may be required. For brochures with more than 8 pages, the cover is often printed on a heavier weight material and given a gloss or matt laminated finish. This protects the cover and gives it a more luxurious feel.
Most brochures, booklets, magazines and catalogues are bound using saddle stitching.
Perfect binding is used with thick magazines, annual reports, technical manuals and catalogues. It works well from a minimum thickness of approximately 3mm.
