to proceed with work or by requesting a service, you agree to the Orangebox Design Terms

Provision of Internet Services
Orangebox Design uses third party solutions providers for internet services. Their Terms and Conditions for services they provide, Domain Registration, Email and Hosting, are applicable.

Accuracy and correctness of website content
Orangebox Design publishes website content for clients in good faith.
Please Note: Orangebox Design can not be held responsible for the accuracy and correctness of content supplied by a client or approved by a client for publication to their website.
It is the clients responsibility to check that their website content has been published correctly by us. Clients are responsible for their web page content and should proof read text content carefully. Clients should notify Orangebox Design immediately if there are any changes to be made.
Copyright
Copyright on Content for Website Publication
Website content (such as text, images and video) should be supplied to us in accordance with any copyright that applies. Orangebox Design can not be held responsible for any infringement of copyright where content is supplied by clients. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain permission in writing before publication.
Copyright on Design and Creative Work
Orangebox Design automatically retains copyright on
all web design, graphic design and creative work produced for clients unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Retention of Title
Supply of Design, Artwork and Printed Goods
All goods supplied (including visuals, digital artwork, hard copy proofs and printed copies) will remain the property of Orangebox Design until paid for in full.
Price of Goods and Services
The prices of goods and services are based on Orangebox Design current costs of production and, unless otherwise agreed, are subject to amendment at any time after acceptance to meet any rise or fall in such costs.
VAT Charges
Orangebox Design is VAT registered and VAT will be charged at the current rate where applicable.
